Govt Approves Policy on Return Of Militants From PoK
http://www.indiajournal.com/pages/event.php?id=13280
This is the beginning of more terrorist activities originating from Pakistan. Previously, those terrorists have to come across tough terrain (mountains, oceans) to enter India to do anti-national activities. Now, the government is facilitating easy movement of terrorists. Tax payer's money at work. Good governance. In a few years time, the government would give death benefits and Govt. Job to the next of kin.

Delhi gangrape: The main accused is a repeat offender
That's ridiculous, the main culprit is a repeat offender. He did his previous gang rape with his uncle and brother. Next what? he does another gang rape with his father and grand father. This is a fit case for capital punishment. Hang him. He is an insult to India.

Kayani has learned the lesson from Musharraf: Wikileaks
http://www.zeenews.com/news671546.html
The military in pakistan has been playing behind the scene role since independence. So, it would be most appropriate to say kayani learned from mush, zia, yahya, ayub, etc. India knows this for decades. The western media realizes this fact recently and trumpeting it as if it has made an invention. Its hardly any news for Indian Intelligence sleuths. Even the common man in India knows this.

Police force understaffed, over 3 lakh vacancies: Chidambaram
MUMBAI: On the second anniversary of the 26/11 terror attacks, Union Home minister P Chidambaram today underlined the need for modernising police force to ensure it performs well in times of distress.
"We must give them proper shoes, proper uniforms. We must give them proper training. We must give them proper weapons. We must give them a decent pay and decent housing," Chidambaram said.
"If we neglect recruitment, clothing, footwear, weapons, training, housing, how will we have a police force that will rise to the occasion in times of tragedy and times of distress?" he said, at a function after handing over a CNG station dealership to family of 26/11 martyr Tukaram Ombale.
We have learnt many lessons in the last two years, the minister said, adding that "I sincerely hope that we continue to learn many more lessons."
"One of the most important lessons is that we must pay attention to police force. If we do not pay enough attention to police force of the country, we will not have an efficient and well-equipped police force in times of distress.
"We must recruit more policemen. There are still over three lakh vacancies in the constabulary in the country," he said.
"In the last two years, states have responded to my call. We have done quite a bit."
Chidambaram hoped that Maharashtra under the new leadership of new chief minister Prithviraj Chavan would show the lead.

The home minister's statement implies we are still vulnerable to terrorist attack. Lessons were learned after two years. We will implement the lessons learned in a decade's time. By that time, terrorists aided by Pakistan will probably will have even advanced weapons. The tax paying common men will have to put up with that with the lives of the near and dear ones. The Bureaucrats enjoy the security cover (with the tax payers money) and will be busy looting the tax payers money with yet another scam to the magnitude of say 1 lakh crore or even more. Good governance.. No wonder even smaller neighbors are threatening us.
